I’ve known since the day I started listening to Sigur Rós that I was going to have something they’ve done tattooed on me, it was just a matter of figuring out what. After a while, I finally decided that the ( ) album cover would be the best choice for my first tattoo, even though it’s not even my favorite album. When I found out that they were coming back from their hiatus and were going to start writing new music and touring, I knew it was the perfect time to get my tattoo done. Fittingly enough, I also got my special edition Inni box set in the mail the same day I got inked.
Jake from Locked ‘N Loaded in Romeo, MI absolutely nailed this piece, especially considering it’s not his usual style. He’s a phenomenal artist, and I definitely plan on getting more work done from him.
